A. If you know you can’t be present at a particular lesson, you can cancel the lesson in the calendar. I well get notified. If you cancel 24 hours prior to the lesson, then you can have a look at the studio calendar and find an alternate time that works for you and send me a message to ask for that spot as a make-up. If you cancel the lesson less than 24 hours prior to the lesson, I’ll try my best to organise a make-up lesson if there is available time in my schedule.
A. I have moved to online payments starting from term 2. You have the options of Mastercard, Visa, or American Express cards. So, no we won’t be doing NetBank Transfer. The main reason for that is that online payments is a much smoother, efficient, and faster method of invoicing, payment and sending receipts.
